Rachel Lambert-Scronce (Account Executive) works with clients to bring them exciting web videos to satisfy their marketing needs. She has a BA in Video Production from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has worked for the Women's Entertainment Network in New York City. At the network, she created promotional trailers for some of WEtv's top rated shows.

Jay Rickerts (Producer/Voiceover Talent) video communication background includes almost three decades of a television news career that stretches from California to Peru to North Carolina. In addition to his storytelling skills, Jay is an internet innovator. He was part of the development and chief anchorman of one of the first online video and news services.
